-Describe two (2) ways to recognize revenue and their respective effect on financial statements
-Illustrate Pro Formas: Assumptions in best case, worst case and most likely
-Identify five (5) concepts of matching revenue with cost activities
-Identify when a Medicare or Medicaid visit is billable
-Name OIG-identified Risk Areas in home health
-Understand Home care ownership disclosure regulations

- Demonstrate an understanding of the minimum standards required for in Chapters II and XXVI and how to evidence thos in writing
- List at least 3 reasons your QMP requires ongoing evaluation in order to be effective
